CHURCH/COVID-19 UPDATE
September 12, 2020
Hello ICC,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. In such a time our prayer for you is that Lord will continually keep you and your family in His peace that surpasses all understanding. COVID-19 has impacted everyone in one way or the other. Our sincere prayers go out those who have been displaced from work, lost loved ones, and those who may be having a hard time in during this global pandemic. May the Lord continually comfort you.
Our members safety is our top priority. ICC is closely monitoring the latest reports from the Center of Disease Control (CDC). As local businesses, public places, and churches reopen, we want to make sure that we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our members as we carefully transition into opening our church.
On Sunday October 4th Church will be opened for workers only
On Sunday October 11th Church will be opened for all members. Members that are elderly, have underlying conditions, or feel more comfortable staying at home can still watch our live streams from online. Click HERE to tune in to our next live online service.
When we open we will be practicing the following procedures:
– Hand Washing: Before entering the sanctuary, members will have the option to either use sanitizer or wash their hands.
– Mask: The wearing of mask will be encouraged. Members can either bring their own mask or purchase mask at the front desk.
– Social Distancing: Once in the sanctuary social distancing will be practiced. Members will be seated six feet away from each other with the exception of direct family members who will be able to sit next to each other.
– Children: Until further notice, children’s church will not be held, and parents must keep their children with them during service.
– Live Stream: Live stream services will still be conducted. We encourage our members that are elderly or may have underlying health conditions to continue to join us through the Live stream.
We understand the importance of having a God-fearing community times like this. Please continue to join us during our Virtual Wednesday Bible Study’s and our Holy Ghost Night that is conducted every first Friday of the month.
